Switzerland is a key partner of the ILO in advancing decent work and social justice worldwide.
The ILO works closely with the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs on the promotion of fair recruitment practices for migrant workers, on the improvement of productivity and working conditions in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and on job creation and skills development of young people and women.
