Engaging Event Management Firm for the National Labour Tripartite Conference

Overview

The Govt of Pakistan is planning to organize a national tripartite labour conference on 22 May. The Conference will focus on the theme of Occupational Safety and Health within the realm of promoting decent work for social justice for all.
The event management firm is engaged to organise the National Labour Tripartite Conference in Pakistan.

Responsibilities of the firm

• Follow up on invitations sent by the Government and ensure confirmation of participants and speakers in close liaison with the Government of Pakistan and the ILO
• Ushering the event to ensure smooth logistics and guest management.
• Facilitating the registration process and managing participants seating during the conference.
• Providing information about the conference to attendees and assisting with any queries.
• Moderating the event to ensure sessions run smoothly as per the agenda.
• Handling media management, including drafting and distribution of press releases.
• Compiling and drafting a comprehensive event report post-conference.
• Capturing the event through videography for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Coordinating and liaising with the designated hotel for necessary arrangements, including presentation setup.
• Event branding including the banners, standees, folders for the participants and one-page flyer about the conference.
