Call for Expression of Interest: Excoll Consultant (National) for Labour Market and Needs Assessment in 13 selected municipal governments in Nepal
The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites expression of interest from qualified national professionals led by a Team Leader for conducting Labour Market and Needs Assessment in 13 selected municipal governments in Nepal.
To support Local Governments’ capacity to design evidence-based employment policies, workforce development strategies, and employment programmes.

Interested qualified team of national professionals are invited to submit their 1) a letter of expression of interest with a detailed technical proposal in line with the TOR; 2) detail budget with a breakdown which should include the rate of consulting fee (daily rate) and other costs deemed necessary for carrying out this assignment; 3) most recent CVs of proposed human resources; and 4) brief outline of respective responsibilities of each team member to be engaged in this assignment. Please submit your proposals to: ktm_procurement@ilo.org no later than 17:30 hrs, 12 April 2024. Applications received after this will not be considered.
