Digital, inclusive, and transformative: Quality education for Montenegro
The project will enhance digital education and development of digital content for the schools of Montenegro. It will also provide digital skills for teachers and Information and Communication coordinators, equip and launch EdTech hubs and organize digital summer camps for pupils. The project will be implemented in 12 schools across six municipalities in northern Montenegro, reaching over 6,000 children and adolescents and more than 300 teachers and ICT coordinators.
World of Work in Montenegro: Paving the road to recovery
The project will support the transformation of labour market and employment policy state institutions in order to promote effective labour market governance. The end beneficiaries of the project are working-age women and men who will benefit from better policy measures to support jobs and incomes during the crisis, especially women, young people, long-term unemployed, persons with disabilities, and employers.
Activate Women - Increased capacities for labour market inclusion of disadvantaged women as Covid-19 response measure
The overall objective of the project is to promote the inclusion of women (aged 25-49) in the labour market. The project supports the Employment Agency of Montenegro (EAM) in piloting an innovative active labour market programme (ALMP), specifically designed to overcome gender-specific barriers in Montenegro.

Youth employment
Activate!Youth in Montenegro
This two-year project will support Montenegro to bring youth under 29 years of age back to the labour market. Such ‘welfare-to-work’ programmes help Montenegro in meeting its commitments under the current and forthcoming Economic Reform Programmes (ERPs), whereby the EU has recommended to the country to ensure better coordination between employment activation measures and social benefit schemes.

Employment and Social Affairs Platform
Phase 2 of this regional project funded by EU will continue working on peaceful settlement of labour disputes, improving labour inspections, and strenghtening economic and social councils as platforms for policy dialogue (see also www.esap.online). In addition, the project will start working on combating undeclared work.
Improving labour market governance through effective social dialogue over labour reforms in Montenegro
The project will aim at improving the effectiveness of tripartite social dialogue in Montenegro. It will strengthen the capacities of actors and institutions of social dialogue, especially that of trade unions and the Social Council to play a more effective role in labour market governance.
Promoting Inclusive Labour Market Solutions in the Western Balkans
The overall objective of the project is to make national and local labour markets more inclusive. The project seeks to ensure that labour market institutions at the national and local levels have improved capacities to design and implement, in partnership with the private sector and the civil society, inclusive policies and programmes for individuals at risk of social and labour market exclusion.
