E-MINDFUL: Enhancing European Migration Narrative to Develop Further Union’s Long-term actions
The overall objective of the project is to promote a social and economic environment where everyone, migrants and nationals, can feel welcome and belonging, and to encourage effective migration policy making, particularly in the field of economic migration.

Employment and Social Affairs Platform
Phase 2 of this regional project funded by EU will continue working on peaceful settlement of labour disputes, improving labour inspections, and strenghtening economic and social councils as platforms for policy dialogue (see also www.esap.online). In addition, the project will start working on combating undeclared work.
Strengthening social dialogue in North Macedonia
The project aims at improving social dialogue as a means to create more and better jobs in North Macedonia. It will support the participation of social dialogue institutions in policy making at national and local levels and foster the practice of regular consultations through the national and local economic and social councils. It will create conditions for the social partners so that they are better equipped to provide quality policy advice and deliver demand-driven services.
Promoting Inclusive Labour Market Solutions in the Western Balkans
The overall objective of the project is to make national and local labour markets more inclusive. The project seeks to ensure that labour market institutions at the national and local levels have improved capacities to design and implement, in partnership with the private sector and the civil society, inclusive policies and programmes for individuals at risk of social and labour market exclusion.

ILO project – Social dialogue and capacity building for effective youth employment solutions in Macedonia
The project seeks to enhance the capacity of both the government and local social partners to respond to the new and urgent labour market needs of the Macedonian youth and to play a strategic role in the design and application of new public programmes for more and better jobs for youth.

The International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) will jointly create a sub-regional Western Balkans Platform on Employment and Social Affairs in order to strengthen subregional cooperation in adopting and implementing effective labour market and social policy reforms.

Its main aims are to promote rights at work, encourage decent employment opportunities, enhance social protection and strengthen social dialogue.
Promoting social dialogue in Macedonia
This project aims to assist the country in strengthening tripartite and bipartite social dialogue through institutional and legislative improvement along with activities aimed at strengthening the capacities of government, employers’ organizations and trade unions to engage effectively in social dialogue.

This Decent Work Country Programme and its priorities and outcomes are agreed upon after an extensive process of tripartite consultations with ILO’s constituents in the country. The identified strategic priorities and outcomes will be realized during the period 2010-2013 through joint action of the Government and social partners on the one hand, and the ILO on the other.
