ILO Supports the Production and Commercialization of Indigenous Tomato Seeds for Ghana using Systems Approach
As part of efforts to improve food security and promote environmental sustainability in Ghana, the International Labour Organization has supported the production and commercialization of the first locally produced certified tomato seeds, using the systems approach.
Ghana holds a national stakeholder consultation meeting to develop a workplan to accelerate the elimination of child labour in cocoa and gold supply chains.
The meeting stimulated inclusive discussions which led to the development of a shared national vision, through a project's workplan to achieve the project's goal and its alignment with SDG 8.7.
ILO strengthens capacities of Sub-Saharan African Skills and Apprenticeship Stakeholders Network (SASASNET)

ILO supports GEA to train informal sector employers on productivity and Decent Work in Ghana
The International labour Organisation provides Technical and Financial support to the Ghana Employers Association to train 105 informal sector employers selected from seven affiliated associations of the Council for Indigenous Business Association (CIBA) on productivity and decent work.
